Instructional Support Team (IST) includes the ELL/ESL, Extended Learning, Special Education teachers, and Literacy Leaders. The IST facilitates a collaborative culture in which all teachers benefit from each other’s expertise in order to increase student achievement of all students. This team of teachers use data to inform instructional decisions, coordinates instructional support, and facilitates staff development.

SCoT (Staff Collaboration Team) at Harborview assists teachers in creating effective interventions for specific students. Through the process, the team identifies needs and develops strategies to improve the effectiveness of classroom instruction and management for the child. The team is comprised of specialists, classroom teachers, and parents.
